Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact one of our sales associates to initiate a return order.  Once the product  has been received back at our facility, we will issue a refund.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We can only issue refunds to customer who bought DIRECTLY from our location. If you purchased your product at one of our wholesale customer locations, you have to go through them to get your refund.


We only replace items if they are damaged or lost in transit.
